Hi Jim,
We do appreciate your using the reflector as an initial filter to
validate a problem before submitting a helpdesk ticket. The reflectors
are a great sounding board for determining "pilot errors" and I hope
everyone continues to use it as such.
The reason for the Helpdesk is that the reflectors and forums are not
official FlexRadio support venues. We wanted to implement a better and
more interactive technical support mechanism that allows the technical
support staff to better respond to customer needs while retaining an
audit trail of the entire support process which allows us to provide
better technical support. As our Flexer family continues to grow, we
need these types of processes and tools to ensure we continue providing
the very high service levels you have come to expect over the years.

Hi Tim,
Thank You for the information. I will first post issues I have here,
however.
What I have found is, that in my case, I can show my error operator issues
here and not subject the support staff to an issue until it is a true error.
As one who does support and programming, I am in favor of the normal user or
operator errors corrected before I get involved. That way I am dealing with
more good issues.
Just another Happy Flex Users.
