I'm a paying customer (F3K owner) and do not agree we "deserve" anything more
than good support on the products we purchased.  I agree it would be nice to
know what's in the pipeline, but thanks to a minority of whiny, self-entitled,
but vocal (and evidently bored) users, Flex has been forced to limit
announcements to products and releases they can imminently bring to market.

Regards,
Chris

Gerald,

Your paying customers deserve the respect of an answer on the current Deep
Impact situation.  Not answering a question so many find important appears
arrogant.

Mike,

I made no comment on whether DI was dead, alive or morphed.  I simply stated
that we no longer discuss forward looking product plans.

Sincerely,
Gerald
