Several people here on FlexEdge have their FLEX Radios remotely operated ( I
found their write-ups very interesting ). You can put a computer directly
connected to the FLEX at the remote site and "remote control" that computer
via an Internet connection from your home computer with any of a number of
"remote control" programs. They used various audio via TCP-IP systems to get
transmit and receive audio back and forth.

I'm sure you will find someone who can give you details of how they did it.

Subject: [FlexEdge] Flex 5000A Remote Control???

Can you operate the 5000A remote? There's a tower outside of town that I
can use. I was thinking about a Flex 500A there at the radio location and
use PowerSDR on a local computer at the house, over a broadband Internet
connection. Is that feasible and if so, how would you do it?

Thanks much!!

dave :)
