Yes it's big ask for new SDR technology and it takes small buffers to achieve 
it on the FireWire models however I can confirm Pactor is no problem (settings 
conditional) for Airmail or RMS Express SimpleGold32 etc even throwing in the 
PTC's Bluetooth link option. To set up Pactor on the 3000 & 5000 models see;

I suspect turnaround time maybe hampered by the USB dept. Latency is a very 
interesting subject as when the world went digital no one really noticed as in 
most areas latency tends to look after itself. Let's see what others have to 
say.
