I can report that VAC 4.10 with Fldigi 3.21.40 is working with PowerSDR
v2.3.5 under Win8. Decoding PSK right now.
Need to use signed drivers if running x64 operating systems.

I did also notice when previously testing a Windows 8 upgrade over Windows 7
and it did require VAC be re-installed again after.
I know it's very early in the cycle of Windows 8 and will probably get
corrected by the time of release... but I am interested non the less.
