Understandably not quite the answer some want to hear as well as Keith's 
however many may not be aware DDutil offers you an "FZ" GUI button that 
provides a size adjustable smart (always on top selectable) "Mini Window" 
option that is sleek and unobtrusive.

If you enjoy running the console in full screen mode or have lots of other 
space consuming digi logger programs it gives YOU the choice where YOU want the 
Temp & Volt values displayed.

It's really worth a second look for this feature alone even if you don't want 
all the Remotes, Macros & Switching it has to offer.... and it's free !
