Well, Brian... You surprise me running it at those temperatures...sure, it is within "spec", but, as a technician with nearly 50 years experience fixing electronics that have failed in ways the designers didn't anticipate, I would be wary. The specs and real life performance are not always in sync............. As for the small pop-up window, I can't see any reason why that could not be retained, even if the change a few of us would like to see is implemented.
It's good to see though that the radios can stand a "roasting".
