A 1dB NF is fine AT THE ANTENNA. A 1dB NF at the radio is a waste due to
elevation of NF due to feed line losses. I WANT a 4dB NF at the radio as I
want my mast-mounted preamp to lower my SYSTEM NF without taking too big a
bite out of my dynamic range. Think SYSTEM gang.
