I would suggest RMS Express (for both the Flex and the TS2000) which is available at http://www.winlink.org . I have a Flex-3000 so have only used this combination for HF using the Winmor protocol. Read the help file for suggested Flex settings.
For the TS2000 I suggest the Signalink unit for an HF soundcard, and for VHF I suggest an external TNC such as the Kantronics KPC3+.
