And the FW seems to be ok.
But I got an info about the Sample rates, that could not be equal.
It WAS that. Now the audio is coming on ok.

This sounds like one of the Firewire RX/TX contexts are not
initializing properly. This is usually a Firewire card issue.
Have you verified your Firewire card compatibility?

Hi.
Once I saw here on the reflector an info about starting up PowerSDR
with start.
It was as I think the issue I have now, that I have to click 2 times
on the start/stop
button before audio is coming out of the loudspeaker.
What was it about ?
