Hi Dale,

When this happens can you look at the Processes tab in Task Manager
and see what process is using the CPU time?  Look at the System
process, the PowerSDR process, and the DX4Win process to see which one
is using the CPU time.  This will help me determine if it is the
system thread in the driver or something else.
