[Flexradio] Mox problems

My setup new SDR with RFE, PA and Delta 44) does not work, neither with 
1.3.7 nor with 1.3.5. At the beginning, the problem was lack of 
transmission. Soon after, no reception. After launching the console, 
when I click Standby, Mox is activated.
So I cannot even receive. What action must I take for at least 
recovering reeption.
