I've posted an experimental version of 1.3.7 @:

This contains all I had in the 1.3.5 experimental + some new buttons ( << <P P> >>) to tune +/- 50/100 % of the current (Panadapter, Spectrogram, Waterfall, and Histogram modes). The buttons are typematic so they can be used to tune across the band fairly quickly.

This driver also contains some experimental stuff for KB9YIG's SDR Sampler board. On the test tab one can tell the radio the frequency of the external oscillator and it will setup to allow software tuning +/- sampling rate/2 around that frequency (similar to 'tuning' an IQ file). It also disables transmit (temporary restriction), turns off spur reduction, and pushes all the received audio to the Left channel. If you set this with an SDR 1000 attached the DDS in the SDR 1000 is set to the fixed freq entered and you can tune around that frequency as if it were a fixed freq. piece of hardware. Sort of fun to see how far one can tune entirely in software.
