Phil, Uninstalled 114 and installed 222 per your excellent instructions and at all works a dream. For the moment I just installed 1 pair, com4 and com5. Just as an aside, it might be worth noting that the inf file can be edited with any text editor, e.g. notepad.
With this build enabling multiple pairs of com ports you've got my neurons firing: does having multiple com port pairs mean that I can have multiple s/w programs communicating with PowerSDR, e.g. HRD and MixW running simultaneously on different com port pairs? Now that would be a neat trick, difficult if not impossible to realize with hardware rigs (if I'm not mistaken, but I'm no expert). I also assume that this means that the CAT setup of PowerSDR will need to be expanded to enable the multiple pairs from its side? Boy, screen real estate is going to become a serious premium if all this materializes. Monitors are forever coming down in price, but anyone got a heads-up on INEXPENSIVE graphics cards able to drive multiple monitors?
