I noticed that when I use the on board AC97 as a mic preamp I get an
echo and the audio easily distorts. Hook up is for digital modes as
noted in earlier notices. Removing the echo and having enough audio to
drive the SDR is almost impossible. When I switched the hookup to the
one noted in the Quick Start guide my audio cleared up and works great.
