[Flexradio] v1.4.5 P6 & P7 out of band indication for 17m phone band

Hi,   It may have already been reported, but I noticed that in v1.4.5 previews 6 & 7 the VFO info displays out of band for the phone portion of 17m (18.110 - 18.168 MHz), although transmission is possible.
