Loose that 4 foot long HOSA cable with the 1/8" connectors. Buy a 3 inch long Y-Cable connector (2 mono to 1 stereo, all 1/4") $6.49 (YPP-I36) from Live Wire. Then if you need to add additional headphones for others in the shack, buy the GPP-359, $3.99, 1 stereo (M) to 2 stereo (F) all 1/4". Multiple headphone arrangements need headphones with impedances of 50 Ohms or more each. Most pro headphones starting at $35 like the K66 will use the higher impedances to allow multiple connections.
