Duffy, The bug in the Bug tracker was entirely my fault, and would manifest itself only when working with multiple bugs in multiple browsers simultaneously. There was no reason for anyone to have suspected that multiple browsers would be problematic, but in this case it was. The cause of the problem has been identified and repaired, and should not occur again.
I deleted the corrupted BugID 424 record from the system, so perhaps if you have the time you could re-enter your original entry about "No Rx after Tx". Sorry for the inconvenience.
