Zack, I can't tell from the photos on the Heil website if the Quiet Phone connectors are the same as those on my Pro Set 5. The only adapters I use with the Firebox are a 1/4" to 1/8" stereo adapter for the headset and a 1/4" to 1/8" mono adapter for the mic. Works fine for me.
