Hey guys,

I was totally impressed by all the "Flexing AM'ers" on the net last
night. I hear more and more each month on that net, and every one of
them sounds just great!

I was able to check into all four nets starting with the eastern TZ
and finally the Pacific. The SDR-1000 impressed a lot of folk. I
still have all my heavy metal stuff, but the Flex is a lot of fun to
use and the rx is great for fighting QRM on any mode, including AM,

I heard you Larry. The Drake sounded like big iron!

John, you did sound really great the other day. Sorry I had to run
barefoot, but my Henry had a HV short and took out a diode and
resistor, but I have 'Hank' going again now.
