Dale and Larry: When you have "cyclostationary" noise of the buzzing (but not impulsive type) it has been a surprise to me how well the block LMS NR works. It has many more taps than the regular LMS NR and it appears to hate the most irritating features in these buzzing things and works to attenuate them.
