I think the generic answer is...any.  Well, any that support floating point
wave files, that is.  The wave file that is created is a standard wave file
that uses floating point values (instead of the typical integer values).

I use Cool Edit Pro.  But you could use virtually any program including
Audacity which is the right price (free).  :)  If using Audacity, make sure
to follow the instructions as there is a second download that is necessary
in order to add the Lame MP3 codec files for the program's use.
