Ken, The receive level will remain low like I'm on the wrong antenna. If I had this issue with a conventional transceiver I'd probably look at the transmit/receive antenna changeover relay. My AGC settings are at default and I use slow. If I didn't cycle the MOX button or change the preamp setting, the RX level will stay low until I do. It doesn't seem to be an AGC time constant problem.
