I've been using 1.6.3 beta with an old hand-me-down laptop. It works fine. But I'm getting tempted by all the talk about the new fancy waterfall display. Will newer versions sink my poor old 1GHz Opteron? Have any of you noticed a change in CPU % as you've marched along the upgrade path?
