I wired a Shure 450 desk mic to a 1/4" plug so I could plug it directly into the breakout box of a Delta 44. I clicked on the MOX control and like you didn't get any audio. I didn't until I locked the PTT bar on the desk mic. All is working well now. If you are using a mic with a switch maybe it needs to be locked on. Marty KG6QKJ
