Bill and others, If you use your computer sound card, using another voice program would be easy on the 5K, just feed the output of the sound card into the line in on the 5K, since it has a built in mixer, you can easily adjust levels. There are several voice sound programs for this
Romac has a CW ID product http://www.romacsoftware.com/ Also there is KD4UDY's Voice keyer, where you could have multiple messages, and use Vcom to interface for the PTT.. http://www.kd4udy.com/UDY-2VoiceKeyer/ With the 1K you might have to mix you microphones and your sound card output with some sort of simple mixer, or run your microphone through the computer sound card and use Windows mixer before feeding it to the mic input..
