There have been a few reports of the RX2 not completing the RX2 calibrations
listed in the install instructions. Eric and the crew are aware of it and are
working to resolve it.

My RX2 has this problem too. :-(

You can try the following.

Download the latest version of PowerSDR in /branches/test. Checkout (download)
the entire folder and place it into a newly created folder. Do not use a
folder that previously contained the PowerSDR program files. You want to
download ALL of the files from the branches/test/bin/Release so that all of the
files are refreshed.

Start PowerSDR which will run the Wisdom configurator and create a brand new
database. Configure *only* the sampling rate and audio buffers (96 KHz /1024).
Leave all other parameters in the database at their defaults.

Connect a dummy load to ANT1. Disconnect all other antennas (including RX2 in)

Open the Antenna Selection applet and set it for simple mode, RX1 = ANT1, RX2 =
RX1 TAP and TX = ANT1. Select the check box to lock RX and TX to the same
antenna. Do not check the box to use the RX1 In/ RX1/Out loop

Run the RX2 level calibration test. After the test wait a few seconds to make
sure the EEPROM is completely updated. If that passes, run the RX2 image
calibration test.

Good luck!

Subject: [Flexradio] RX2 Problem-Help

I installed RX2 yesterday but cannot get a successful Level Calibration on all
bands. One or more bands always fail but not always the same bands. I have
tried recreating .mdb file. I have tried with a dummy load and no antenna. I
am using PowerSDR 1.12.0 with 1.2.0.0 firmware.

The receiver is basicly working but with sensitivity and image issues.

I will call customer support on Monday but I'm hoping someone has some ideas of
something to try.

Any ideas???????
