If you have a sufficiently beefy machine, with virtualization and multicores, you might be able to get somewhere using kvm. In that case you're actually going to be running Windows and Linux both. For ever and aye the main obstacle is going to be the sound subsystem and the audio hardware, unless some clever person provides a networked audio adapter on the Windows side that plugs in without modification.
