One of the updates recently imposed along about the time of sp3, but NOT 
sp3, caused the hardware ints to show about 45% of my AMD64X2 4600.

Backed off to sp3 and OK.

Tomorrow or so I will determine which *&[EMAIL PROTECTED]& update is the 
culprit.

Unless somebody tells m which one first!
