Its not that we cannot test the program, I have. When you start up
Vista, you press F8 at boot time to go to the boot menu and select
the option that says to ignore unsigned drivers. This allows you to
boot up Vista x64 with the Flex driver. On my machine, you can use
PowerSDR for a random amount of time, (1-2 hours) then the driver gets
evicted and the radio disappears as a device. PowerSDR works normally
so there is no problem with Jet.

I had problems with other programs so it wasn't worth the time to
figure out why the driver gets evicted. I had defeated Windows
Defender which I had read could periodically evict unsigned drivers
but since I had defeated it, not the culprit.
