Tim, My latest version of the data transfer utility makes decisions on a record-by-record basis as to whether to transfer the data or not. What specific value(s) are you concerned about? They are probably already blocked from being transferred. If not, I can make it so easily.
Bottom line: There should not be any issue in transferring the State table with my utility.
