Dave,

I have seen more issues with the XP Media Center,  you are better off 
with XP Home Addition.  If you want a really basic XP OS to run,  if you 
already have an XP license,  do a Google search on Windows 
Fundamental.    This is a very basic version of XP and will run the Flex 
very efficiently..
