Processors that have lived at my house: 8008, 8080, z80, M6800, Fairchild F8, Intersil IM6100, DEC PDP-8I, PDP-8A, PDP-8E, PDP-11/10, PDP-11/20, PDP-11/23, PDP-11/34, PDP-11/60, 8086, 80286, 80386, (no use mentioning the rest of the Intel Pentium clones -- they have all been here), M68000, M68010, M68020, a couple of flavors of PowerPC. Now I am playing with microcontrollers. I am rather fond of the Parallax Propeller right now.
The most esoteric machine I ever hacked was the Nanodata QM-1.
