Guy, I emailed Juan a couple of times, and both times he turned down my offer to help out and everyone else that offer to help. He flat out said that, when if found the right deal, he would purchase it, and did not want any help, and plainly said if I wanted to donate to something, donate to a children group that could really use the help.
