Barry,

The way I understand it, it is the power handling capability of the built-in
connectors used by the VU.  To get to 60 watts, separate power wiring must
be added.  Maybe someone from Flex will give a better explanation.

field upgrade limited to the 30W version
and the 60W version requires a factory install?
