Maybe, rather then "everyone" listening and/or tuning around, get on 7.188 or as close as you can, and call CQ Flex or CQ Flex Users, etc. If all the willing participants are sitting around waiting for something to happen, it probably won't happen. Take the bull by the horns and start it. This isn't rocket science.
