Bill, I wouldn't be at all surprised. Following the attacks of 911, the commercial airlines were all but grounded. That meant that the mail they carried (a lucrative part of their business) was also halted. To add insult to injury, the postal service entered into an agreement with Fed EX to carry the mail because they were permitted to fly before the airline were allowed. So the airlines took a double hit it on the chin. That's why you see Fed Ex boxes at the post office. Take good care of your health.
