Is the 2.4 transmit spur common to ALL 5000s? I have a 5000A, operate in a lot
of CW
contests and wonder if I am interfering with others. Is there any way for me to
mesure in in my rig?

In the message from Gerald
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg32147.html

he says "However, to address the issue Eric at FlexRadio has developed a
prototype
PowerSDR software enhancement that allows the spur to be manually nulled.
This "proof-of-concept" software has been successfully tested in a couple
of customer sites where the issue was reported on 160m.  Our plan is to
automate this software so that it is either real time or calibrated by band
and stored in memory.  Since the FLEX-5000 receiver can listen to the
transmitter in full duplex mode, we will be able to self calibrate the
transmitter to null the spur.

As a future development note, we plan to use the same full duplex
capabilities of the FLEX-5000 to perform transmitter pre-distortion to
achieve superior levels of linearity at full power."

Will this be a capability in v2.0?

Thanks
