Does anyone have a suggestion for the best way to get audio from my audio

breaking.

This is easy to do. Get an RJ45 to RJ45 cable, and an RJ45 jack from Radio Shack. Then you can connect whatever you want to the push terminals on the jack. WARNING: A great way for RFI to get inside your radio, be sure to shield the dickens out of stuff. Hopefully one day soon Flex will litter the front panel with unbalanced, shielded line jacks (such as 1/4" and 1/8" phono plugs) for such functions as PTT, mic in, etc.
