I just recently enabled SSB here with my 5000a (been doing RTTY
exclusively). To allow use of contesting macros, I routed my
microphone through one of my sound cards and routed that card's
output through a cable to the rear "Line in" of the 5000a. I believe
this configuration would allow Voice Shaper use, but haven't tried it.
