I have TMate, BobSMeter and DDUtil all working FB here. I've written up some
quick instructions here: http://files.me.com/mccormick_mack/823oqx . I'd do
a more detailed write-up but getting ready to head to Dayton.

I have found it makes a difference what order I boot the RCP clients in.
I have to boot WSPR before BobSmeter for instance other wise WSPR can
communicate with PowerSDR.
