SDR 1.18.5, latest firmware. Flex 3000. Windows 7 ultimate. I left the F3K running overnight. Came back to check on it today, and the SDR screen was frozen. I clicked on STOP, and the Windows "Program has Stopped Responding" message came up. I chose to terminate.
I waited a minute, then tried to restart. It says that an instance is already running. So I checked Task Manager, and sure enough there is an instance of PowerSDR.exe running already. I tried to terminate from within Task Manager, but nothing happens. I tried "taskkill /f /im PowerSDR.exe" and I get the following message: C:\Users\hamradio>taskkill /f /im PowerSDR.exe ERROR: The process "PowerSDR.exe" with PID 13088 could not be terminated. Reason: There is no running instance of the task. Eventually, after 10 min, it did finally stop running. Any suggestions on how to fix this without a reboot (since I will need to stop and restart DX4Win, CW Skimmer, VSP Manager, DDUTIL, VAC, etc. Mark Lunday, WD4ELG Greensboro, NC FM06be wd4...@arrl.net http://wd4elg.blogspot.com http://wd4elg.net _______________________________________________ FlexRadio Systems Mailing List FlexRadio@flex-radio.biz http://mail.flex-radio.biz/mailman/listinfo/flexradio_flex-radio.biz Archives: http://www.mail-archive.com/flexradio%40flex-radio.biz/ Knowledge Base: http://kc.flex-radio.com/ Homepage: http://www.flex-radio.com/
