At what frequency was this 0.5 Hz measured ? !0 Mhz ??
That is not that good. If you plan to use Transverters, 
then it gets extrapolated upward. For example, at 10 GHz 
it will be 500 Hz.

Better you get a GPSDO for your reference and be a lot more 
stable.
