If you didn't down load it separately it wont be there you need to down load
it from here

Be sure to turn off Mini-Deluxe so it doesn't use the PowerSDR's COM ports
unless you use DDUTIL which is another story.

Now that I've conquered psk using mini-deluxe I've  been attempting to get
Fldigi to run at the suggestion of several on the list. I get receive to
work fine but not xmit and it isn't registering the powersdr. I can't seem
to find the PowerSDR.XML file that they tell you to put in the radio folder,
which I can find inside Fldigi and it is empty. What am I missing or doing
wrong? I'm away until tomorrow afternoon when I'm hoping to solve this. Tnx
