That may be a good idea, if only for your own protection. So far as I know, a company has no obligation to proclaim to the world that it does NOT intend to sell a product in a particular market.
Seriously, I am sure this is enormously frustrating to European Flex buyers but I've seen nothing that suggests actionable misrepresentation.
