We found out late in the game that two of the key PA components were not RoHS compliant. No company can be obligated to deliver a product that it cannot provide within the laws of the country to which it is delivered. We truly regret that we cannot currently meet the RoHS requirements with the VU5K. We will continue to explore options for meeting compliance and will inform our EU customers if and when such should occur.
