HI All again. I have some follow on info from testing.
PowerSDR version is 2.0.22 Sequencing of program start-up is important. If you start PowerSDR, then tune, then Skype, it seems to work. If you start Skype, then PowerSDR, then accept a connection then ATU, it will not play and show the error. Changing bands does not help. It will not go away until all is turned off and started in sequence above. When it is working it is all slick.
