I am running a Flex 1500 on a HP g7-1070 laptop, Win7, with the lastest PowerSDR software. When I try CW I get a delay in the monitor when using a hand key making it impossiable to send clearly. When using the CW typing I get errors in sending manual alhough the presets work better. CPU load is less than 20%
