I have the signed a version of VSPmanager I discovered. I may not need
the test mode any more as I have a signed version of VAC 9.04 too. If
VAC was the only thing that need the test mode I am good I guess.

UAC? I seem to be fighting Windows 7 everytime I want to do something. I set
up a separate account for the "user" and gave them administrator privileges
from the root account. I still have to run things as administrator I just
don't have to type in the root password. This actually seems to be worse
than the prior install. My Google searches are not giving me useful info
with my search terms.
