Tried Skimmer without having DDUTIL runni ng but that made no difference.
Also tried 3khz radio. However if I click tune a CW signal in PSDR that same signal is NOT in the Skimmer decode filter. Right now Skim mer is decoding W0W an d PSDR is displaying 14.049.627 BUT they are actually on 14.050.211. Weird. anyway it does not decode any better.
